Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of BESTUÉ wine through ottobestue.com. Payment and checkout are always processed on Shopify.

Prices

Prices shown include 21% VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.

Shipping

We ship only within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, via MRW.

Standard delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours from order confirmation, barring carrier incidents.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, with no need to justify it, under consumer protection regulations.

Legal exception: this does not apply to bottles that have been unsealed after delivery, as a sealed product that cannot be returned for health protection reasons.

Sale to adults only

Wine sales are restricted to people over 18. Access to the site already requires confirming legal age; we reserve the right to request additional verification on delivery.
